NO, space is very limited. We are not able to accommodate family and friends unless being serviced.
How Do I Book Appointments?
We have an online system that is available 24/7. The second option is to call @ 281-545-3627. If you don't see the date you desire that means we're booked but give us a call anyway....you never know. If we are not able to get to the phone please leave your contact info to be called back or text us at the number above. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for a call back during business hours (Wed - Sat).
Why do I have to provide my credit card information?
This secures your appointment and lets the stylist know you're serious about your appointment.
Is it safe to provide my credit card information?
Yes! It's very safe and secure to file you cc on file through our secure booking system. It cuts the hassle of you having to pull out your cc when checking out.
Is there any fees associated with using my credit card?
Yes. All services require a 50% deposit which is NON - REFUNDABLE. NO - SHOW or LATE cancellation (less than 48hrs) at 100%
Are deposits required to book appointments?
Yes, all services require a deposit which will go towards you balance.
How do I pay the deposit?
It will be taken at the time of booking your appointment using our secure online booking system located on the website.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
All hair bundles are FINAL (for sanitary reasons)
How long does shipping usually take?
3 - 5 business days after payment has cleared.
